Today
was another very very good day. We started off our spanish lessons by
playing hangman vs the tutors, alternating spanish and english words,
and we won! Then, in my lesson, we learned the present perfect and
past perfect tense. During our break, we played soccer against the
tutors, and unfortunately, they won....but tomorrow is basketball so
we've got that one in the bag...hopefully.
After tutoring, our group
was able to go back to the kids program at new jerusalem. Today there was a teenager, Victor Andreas that was there to teach the older kids
how to make bracelets. After we finished that, we played some more
soccer with the kids. Later tonight we took a trip to the Super
Selectos! We stocked up big on some Coke and junk food and then
basked in our American-food mountain.
